1. Invite advisors from CACC, CSSE and major departments to present their best practices in weekly meetings to start after Spring break.
We might categorize these by career development phase: self-assessment, exploration, focus / goal setting, job search and career management.
We can post these on this wiki by phase for all to check out. This could be like a "brown bag" session. We can try this for a few weeks a see how it goes. Your thoughts?
